Palm Coast Liberia Incorporated is a progressive established Crew Manning Agency based in Monrovia, Liberia.

The Agency's operational program is to recruit seafarers, both men and women, from the United Seamen, Ports & General Workers Union of Liberia for vessels and ship-owners who have signed agreement treaties with the Bureau of Maritime Affairs, Liberia.

Further, it is the concern of our program to seek for the welfare of the seafarers by negotiating with reputable crew manning agencies and sailing associations world wide for employment, job exchanges and job training on sailing vessels, for both shoreside and atsea personnel, leading to wider international experience.

We seek programs to train and assist youth in learning sailing techniques which will allow them to be self employed on locally made wooden fishing boats.
